To qualify for Indiana’s Choice Scholarship Program, students must be Indiana residents between ages 5 and 22 as of October 1 and meet the income requirements.*
To meet the 2023–2024 income requirements, families must have an annual income that does not exceed 400% of the amount required for the student to qualify for the federal Free or Reduced Lunch program (FRL). The following table breaks down income eligibility per household number:
